Azerbaijan advances education in liberated territories with 13 new schools under construction

As part of Azerbaijan’s first State Program on the Great Return, five general educational schools are currently operating in the liberated lands, the director of the State Agency for Pre-School and General Education, Eshgi Baghirov, said at an event on April 18.

Baghirov confirmed that construction and renovation efforts for 13 additional schools are underway, another two have already been completed, and construction of six more is planned to commence.

"Besides, two kindergartens are currently operating in Karabakh and East Zangazur: "The repair of four kindergartens is ongoing, and the repair and construction of four will start," he added
