Boost your earnings with Kapital Bank Bonds

As previously reported, on August 26, 2024, the subordinated bonds of Kapital Bank OJSC, with an issue volume of USD 30,000,000 (thirty million), were listed in the premium market segment.

The subscription period for the bonds will last for 30 days, ending on September 24, 2024. The placement will take place on September 26, 2024, at the Baku Stock Exchange. Individuals can visit the Bank's branches to participate in the subscription. Additionally, an extra daily income of 3% of the amount will be calculated on the subscribed amounts on the specified date. All costs associated with bond purchases will be covered by Kapital Bank.

It should be noted that each of the offered bonds has a nominal value of USD 100, an annual interest rate of 7%, and interest payments will be made every 30 days, with a circulation period of 7 years. The placement of the book-entry, registered, interest-bearing, unsecured bonds will be carried out through subscription at the Baku Stock Exchange. The underwriter for the placement is PASHA Capital Investment Company CJSC.
