Kapital Bank, one of the largest employers in the country has inaugurated its new Contact Center for the Quba-Khachmaz region. The center aims to handle customer inquiries more promptly and effectively.

With the support of Kapital Bank’s Quba and Khachmaz branches, as well as collaboration with the Azerbaijan Public Employment Agency and ADPU’s Quba branch, nearly 1,400 CVs were reviewed from candidates in the "Career Marathon 2022” project. As a result, 700 candidates underwent online interviews. Of these, 74 successfully passed to the next stage and were invited to exams. Notably, 26 candidates with outstanding results have been given the opportunity to participate in an internship program.

The purpose of establishing the Contact Center is not only to efficiently address customer inquiries but also to create new job opportunities for young people in the Quba-Khachmaz region. The project, previously implemented in Ganja, gaved successful results in a short period, leading to plans for its continued operation.
