Azercell presents updated Premium tariff packs

Azercell presents updated Premium tariff packs
04.10.2024 17:09
The country's leading mobile operator has enhanced its Premium tariff packages. Starting October 1, Premium subscribers will enjoy more flexible call options, while the monthly subscription fee and other package benefits remain unchanged.

Thus, the company has combined on-net and off-net call minutes in its Premium tariff packs into a single package of minutes for countrywide calls. This change simplifies balance management and makes communication more convenient for subscribers. Depending on the selected Premium tariff package, subscribers can use 3,000, 4,000, or 5,000 minutes for countrywide calls.

Additionally, Azercell has introduced updates to its Premium+ Loyalty Program, which is available for Premium tariff subscribers. This program offers a range of privileges, including access to a dedicated Premium Customer Support Line, Fast Track services at Azercell Exclusive offices, free Mobile Customer Care, priority access to the Call Center, birthday gifts, and other exclusive benefits.

The following updates have been added to the program:

• Kinon Premium: Premium subscribers can now enjoy a special offer of a six-month complimentary subscription to the "Kinon Premium" service. To activate this offer, users can dial *805#YES on their mobile devices. After the promotional period, the service will be available at the standard rate of 9 AZN per month.

The Kinon service offers high-quality streaming of over 240 local and international channels, alongside a vast selection of popular films and series from renowned studios—all within a single app. Subscribers can access the service on multiple devices and create up to five accounts under one subscription. It should be noted that Kinon is supported on all Android and iOS smartphones, Android TV, Samsung Smart TV, tablets, and other devices.  Soon, the service will also be available on LG Smart TVs. The application can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store.

• Exclusive "Premium Gold” theme in Azercell app: From July 31, Premium subscribers have the option to switch to the "Premium Gold” interface in the Azercell app. This feature provides easy access to and navigation among all Premium+ benefits available to customers.  The new design enhances the user experience, making the app more user-friendly and visually appealing.  A special Premium widget added to the Home Page provides easy access to the Premium+ page. The information about exclusive and free services for Premium subscribers is available here.
