2nd tranche of Kapital Bank’s dollar bonds is now available for sale at branches

As previously announced, the first tranche of Kapital Bank's bond issuance, totaling USD 50.000 000 received strong interest from investors. A USD 30,000,000 tranche was offered, and investor demand reached USD 35.211 100.

The subscription for the second tranche of USD 20.000 000 began on September 29, 2024.

Those who acquire Kapital Bank’s dollar bonds can increase their earnings by as much as 7%. This unique financial market offering provides monthly income to customers. Additionally, interest payments on the bonds are tax-free, and all subscription-related fees are covered by the bank.
Customers can purchase the dollar bonds at any Kapital Bank branch until October 29, 2024.

It is worth noting that each bond has a nominal value of 100 USD, an annual interest rate of 7%, with payments made every 30 days, and a maturity period of 7 years. The bonds are uncertified, registered, interest-bearing, and unsecured. The underwriter for the bond placement is "PASHA Capital Investment Company” CJSC.
