Every October, the global fight against breast cancer is highlighted. According to the latest data from the World Health Organization, breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women, with approximately 2.3 million new cases diagnosed worldwide each year. Statistically, one in eight women is at risk of developing breast cancer. This risk increases due to several factors, including age, family history, hormonal changes, and lifestyle.

In its ongoing commitment to employee well-being, Yelo Bank, in collaboration with Liv Bona Dea Hospital, organized a "Breast Cancer Awareness Day" to draw attention to and support this crucial cause. During the seminar, renowned oncologist shared valuable insights and emphasized the importance of early detection and regular screenings.

Yelo Bank has also launched several initiatives focused on the health and well-being of its employees. Since the beginning of the year, the Bank has offered free health checks, including eye exams, vitamin D levels, blood sugar, thyroid function, and more. Additionally, wellness sessions and regular yoga classes led by medical experts are held to promote a healthy work-life balance for employees.
