In 2025, Azerbaijan's state budget revenues from the non-oil and gas sector will increase by approximately 924 million manats ($543.529 million) compared to 2024, Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts, Vugar Gulmammadov, said during the discussion of the draft law "On State Budget for 2025" at the plenary session of the Parliament.

The chairman clarified that benefits and exemptions stimulate the growth of added value, but indirectly affect the budget.

He also added that no serious risks are anticipated for the execution of revenue forecasts.
