Energy minister: Azerbaijan's gas export to Europe reaches almost 12 bcm

Azerbaijan exported 11.7 billion cubic meters of gas to Europe in January-November of 2024, Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov wrote on X.

The minister noted that 9 billion cubic meters of the volume mentioned were exported to Türkiye and 2.2 billion cubic meters to Georgia.

During this period, TANAP supplied Türkiye with 5.1 billion cubic meters of gas, he added.

Shahbazov further stated that gas sales abroad increased by approximately 5 percent in the first 11 months of this year compared to the corresponding period last year.
