37 Azerbaijani citizens aboard crashed AZAL plane in Aktau, Kazakhstan's Transport Ministry says

There were 37 Azerbaijani citizens aboard the crashed Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) plane in Aktau, reported from Kazakhstan's Transport Ministry.
"According to preliminary data, there were 37 citizens of Azerbaijan, 6 of Kazakhstan, 3 of Kyrgyzstan, and 16 of Russia on board," the ministry's statement says.
