Azerbaijan’s gas to Europe reached nearly 1 bcm in January

In January 2025, Azerbaijan exported approximately 1 billion cubic meters of gas to Europe, Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov wrote on X.

Over the past month, 0.7 billion cubic meters of gas were exported from the country to Türkiye, and 0.3 billion cubic meters to Georgia, the minister stated.

He further mentioned during this period, 0.5 billion cubic meters of gas were transported to Türkiye via TANAP.
