Water levels rise in several rivers in Azerbaijan

Water levels have risen in a number of rivers across Azerbaijan, Report news agency said.

According to automatic hydrological stations, as of 9:00 a.m. on April 29, the water level rose by 9 cm in the Garasu River (Zardab), 5 cm in the Ayrichay River (Agyazy), 2 cm in the Ganjachay River (Zurnabad), 8 cm in the Lankaran River (Sifidor), and 6 cm in the Tengerud River (Vago).

Changes in water levels were also recorded in the transboundary Ganykh River at the Jelair monitoring point.
