Grand Fortune to renovate Khankendi buildings in 5.5 mln manat deal

Azerbaijani construction firm Grand Fortune LLC has signed a contract to carry out renovation work on five five-story residential buildings in Khankendi, according to the State Service for Restoration, Construction, and Management in Khankendi, Aghdara, and Khojaly.

The total value of the contract is 5,543,235 manats (approx. $3.26 million), which implies an average of 1.1 million manats per building.

The procurement was conducted outside of the government’s electronic tender portal, and the company was selected through a separate process.

Grand Fortune LLC was established in 2018 with a registered capital of 10 AZN. Its legal representative is Zahir Bakhshiyev Allahyar oglu, and the company is registered at 131 Vidadi Street, Apt. 5/6, Nasimi district, Baku.
