Azerbaijan sets state fee for operation of fuel and gas supply facilities at AZN 2,500
08.05.2025 11:30

Fuel and gas supply facilities in Azerbaijan have officially been classified as activities requiring a license, according to amendments to the laws “On State Fees” and “On Licenses and Permits” signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

Under the changes, license holders must conclude a licensing agreement with the issuing authority within 30 days from the date of issuance. Failure to do so will render the license legally ineffective.

According to the new rules, a state fee of AZN 1,100 is required for licensing the installation of fuel and gas supply facilities, and AZN 2,500 for licensing their operation.
