Azerbaijan exports 4 bcm of natural gas to Europe from January to April

Azerbaijan's oil output fell by 5.2% to 9.1 million tonnes in  January-April from 9.6 million tonnes a year earlier, Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said on Tuesday.
   

Oil exports for the first four months of the year dropped to 7.8 million tonnes from 7.9 million tonnes.
   

Gas exports to Europe fell to 4.0 billion cubic metres from 4.2 bcm a year earlier, the minister said. Overall gas exports declined to 8.0 bcm from 8.5 bcm.
   

Gas exports to Turkey fell to 3.1 billion cubic metres from 3.2 cubic metres, while exports to Georgia fell to 0.9 bcm from 1.1 bcm. Gas exports to Turkey via the TANAP pipeline rose to 1.9 bcm from 1.8 bcm.
