Kapital Bank, the leading bank in the country, took part in a series of events held at
Azerbaijan Technological University, including a forum, career fair, and training sessions.

As part of the event series, the “University-industry relations” forum featured Vugar
Pashayev, Director of Kapital Bank’s Ganja branch, as a guest speaker. Mr. Pashayev
shared insights into his professional journey, career opportunities in the banking sector,
essential skills and personal attributes required for success, and answered questions from
students. Conducted in a panel discussion format, the forum aimed to strengthen
collaboration between academia and industry, connect students directly with the business
world, familiarize them with real labor market requirements, and provide guidance on
career development.
Kapital Bank also participated in the university's Career fair. Students visiting the bank’s
booth were provided with detailed information about current job openings, internship
programs, and career opportunities tailored for young professionals.
As part of the ongoing events, a Career training session was held where Nargiz Azimova,
Head of the Talent acquisition and selection department at Kapital Bank, delivered a talk
on “Career Development and Personal Branding.” Fourth-year students received practical
advice on making the right career choice, preparing for interviews, and succeeding during
the interview process.
