Finance Ministry sets up Quba-Khachmaz regional office, appoints acting head

As part of ongoing reforms, Azerbaijan’s Finance Ministry has abolished district-level financial departments in the northern region and established a new regional office based in Qusar.

According to ENA.az, the financial departments of Quba, Khachmaz, Gusar, Shabran, and Siyazan have been dissolved and merged into the newly formed Quba-Khachmaz Regional Finance Office.

Organizational procedures are currently underway at the new office. Kamran Amirov has been appointed as acting head while also serving as deputy head of the institution.
