Kapital Bank completes placement of AZN 30 million bonds

The subscription for Kapital Bank’s bonds with a total value of AZN 30,000,000 (thirty million), offering high returns, was completed on May 21, 2025, at the Baku Stock Exchange. The placement attracted strong investor interest, with a total demand of AZN 42,317,900 from 55 investors. Of the total amount, AZN 28,317,900 worth of orders were submitted by 50 individual investors, while 5 legal entities placed orders totaling AZN 14,000,000. The placement process was successfully finalized on May 23. 


The bonds have a nominal value of AZN 100, with an annual interest rate of 11%. Interest payments will be made every 30 days, and the maturity period of the bonds is 1 year. The underwriter of the placement was PASHA Capital Investment Company CJSC.
