AZAL cancels flights to Israel, Iran, and South Asia

Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has canceled multiple flights scheduled for June 13 and 14 due to heightened security risks in the Middle East and the closure of airspace by several countries, the carrier said on Thursday.
Flights affected include those between Baku and Tel Aviv, Tehran, Dubai, Lahore, Mumbai, and Dammam:
Baku – Tel Aviv – Baku (J2 021/022, J2 321/322 – June 13; J2 021/022 – June 14)
Baku – Tehran – Baku (J2 8017/8018 – June 13)
Baku – Dubai – Baku (J2 011/012 – June 13)
Baku – Lahore – Baku (J2 145/146 – June 13)
Baku – Mumbai – Baku (J2 059/060 – June 13)
Baku – Dammam – Baku (J2 8205/8206 – June 13)
"Flight safety remains AZAL’s top priority. The airline is closely monitoring the situation and will notify passengers of any changes," AZAL said in a statement.
