A journalist working for Russian media outlet Ruptly has been detained in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, Russian state media reported on Monday.

RIA Novosti identified the detainee as Aytekin Guseynova, a dual citizen of Azerbaijan and Russia. She was reportedly in the country on a private visit and was filming near the location where employees of Sputnik Azerbaijan had previously been detained.
