Shahin Shikhlinski released after questioning in Russia

Shahin Shikhlinski, head of the “Azerbaijan–Ural” public organization and a prominent representative of the Azerbaijani diaspora, has been released after being detained in Yekaterinburg, the Azerbaijani State Committee on Work with Diaspora told local media.

According to the committee, Shikhlinski was questioned as a witness by Russia’s Investigative Committee before being released.
