Russia-Azerbaijan ties are strategic alliance, not everyone is pleased — Zakharova

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said that relations between Moscow and Baku constitute a strategic alliance, despite the fact that some forces are unhappy with it.

“These relations are of a strategic alliance nature. Naturally, there are those who do not like it,” Zakharova said at a briefing.
