Nearly 1 million foreigners visited Azerbaijan in the first five months of 2025

A total of 979,900 foreigners and stateless persons visited Azerbaijan between January and May 2025, according to data provided by the State Statistics Committee in response to a request from Report.

During the same period, 807,600 Azerbaijani citizens traveled abroad.

Analysts see the figures as a sign of growing tourism activity and recovering cross-border mobility in the post-pandemic era.
