Azerbaijani, Pakistani FMs discuss strategic partnership

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held a phone call with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar, the Foreign Ministry in Baku said on Monday.

The ministers reviewed the outcomes of high-level talks held during the 17th ECO summit in Khankendi and discussed key items on the bilateral agenda.

They expressed satisfaction with the current level of Azerbaijan–Pakistan strategic partnership and voiced interest in expanding cooperation both bilaterally and multilaterally.

The two ministers reaffirmed mutual support for each other’s legitimate interests in regional and international affairs.
