356 graduate students granted the right to study abroad under the State Program

Results have been announced for admission to the 2022–2028 State Program for Education of Youth at Prestigious Foreign Higher Education Institutions at the master's level. Following the competition, 356 individuals were selected to pursue graduate studies abroad under the program.
According to the Ministry of Science and Education, a total of 500 students were approved for participation in the 2025–2026 academic year: 125 for undergraduate studies, 356 for master’s degrees, and 19 for doctoral programs.
Among them, 160 students will attend top 10-ranked universities globally, including Stanford University, MIT, the University of Oxford, Harvard University, ETH Zurich, the University of California, Berkeley, the National University of Singapore, and Yale University.
The program also includes a reserve list of candidates who successfully passed interviews for the master’s level but were not selected in the final round. In accordance with section 4.20 of the selection rules, if a selected candidate withdraws for any reason, the next eligible candidate from the reserve list may be invited to participate.
