Over 2 mln Russians entered Azerbaijan since March 2022

 More than 2.17 million citizens of Russia and Ukraine have arrived in Azerbaijan between March 2022 and July 2025, the State Statistics Committee said on Wednesday.

The arrivals included 2.07 million Russians and 109,000 Ukrainians.

In the first half of 2025 alone, 314,549 Russian citizens and 17,138 Ukrainians entered Azerbaijan, according to the official data.
