A new chair appointed to ASCO’s Supervisory Board

Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company CJSC (ASCO) has restructured its Supervisory Board, the company said on Friday.

Shahin Babayev, CEO of the Azerbaijan Transport and Communications Holding (AZCON), has been appointed as the board’s chair.

AZCON Deputy CEO Vugar Mirzazade and the holding’s Chief Legal Officer Toghrul Quluzade have been elected as board members.
