Azerbaijan keeps manat steady at 1.7 per U.S. dollar

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan left the manat unchanged at 1.7000 to the U.S. dollar on Sept. 15.

It set the euro rate at 1.9949 manats, up 0.08%, while 100 Russian rubles rose 1.7% to 2.0391 manats.
