Karabakh and East Zangazur have become a construction site -Aliyev

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that Karabakh and East Zangazur have turned into a vast construction site, with new housing and infrastructure built in a short period as a sign of the country’s strength.

“Karabakh and East Zangazur are a construction site. The rapid rebuilding of these beautiful houses and the creation of infrastructure demonstrate our power and our intentions. Most importantly, at the center of all our political steps stands the citizen of Azerbaijan,” Aliyev said during a meeting with residents of the Badara, Dashbulag, Seyidbeyli and Shushakend villages in the Khojaly district.

He added that people who lived for many years as displaced persons deserve the best conditions, noting that around 300,000 former IDPs have been provided with homes and apartments by the state.
