Thunderstorms expected in Azerbaijan

Heavy rains and thunderstorms are forecast across Azerbaijan in the coming days, the National Hydrometeorology Service said.

From the evening of September 19 until the morning of September 21, Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will see showers, with occasional downpours and thunderstorms.

Unstable weather is expected to persist nationwide until September 22, with hail and snow possible in mountain areas.
