Weather: rain, fog, and thunderstorms

On September 30, Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will see partly cloudy skies, at times overcast, mostly without precipitation. However, short rains are possible in some parts of the peninsula in the evening, the National Hydrometeorological Service reported.

A northwesterly wind will prevail, occasionally strengthening. Air temperatures will be 15–17°C at night and 18–22°C during the day.

Across the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather will generally be dry, though rain is expected in some areas during the day, with possible thunderstorms, hail and fog. In certain locations, precipitation will be intense. A moderate easterly wind will prevail.

Air temperatures will range from 12–16°C at night to 18–23°C during the day. In mountainous areas, it will be 3–8°C at night and 9–14°C during the day.
