Putin and Aliyev to discuss bilateral ties in Dushanbe – Kremlin

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will meet in Dushanbe on October 9, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, according to TASS.
Peskov said the talks will focus primarily on bilateral relations, which will be the main item on the agenda.
“The very fact that the meeting is being held shows the leaders’ willingness to discuss current issues of cooperation,” he said, adding that Russia remains committed to a constructive and positive dialogue.
