Azerbaijan keeps manat rate to dollar unchanged

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan kept the manat rate to the U.S. dollar unchanged at 1.7000 on Oct. 21.

The euro fell 0.3% to 1.9780 manats, while 100 Russian rubles rose 0.4% to 2.1002 manats, the bank said.
