Aliyev appoints Elkhan Ibrahimov as head of Baku’s Nasimi district administration

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has dismissed Elkhan Ibrahimov from his position as head of the Kurdamir District Executive Authority, according to an order published on the president’s official website.

Under a separate decree, Ibrahimov was appointed head of the Executive Authority of Baku’s Nasimi district.
