Louvre to raise ticket prices for non-European tourists
The Louvre Museum in Paris will increase ticket prices by 45% for visitors from outside Europe, AFP reported, citing museum management. Under the new rules, tickets will cost €32.
The change will take effect on 14 January 2026 and will apply to tourists from countries outside the European Economic Area — that is, from outside the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. The measure has been approved by the French government.
