Gas supply nominations for transporting Azerbaijani gas to Europe through the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) have decreased at several exit points at the start of December, according to figures published on TAP’s electronic platform.

At Greece’s Kipoi exit point, nominations for 1 December totaled 374.6 million kWh, down 0.92% from the previous Monday. For 2–8 December, nominations stood at 348.0 million kWh, marking a 7.97% decline.

Daily nominations at the Komotini exit point remained unchanged at 28.67 million kWh for 1–8 December. At the Nea Mesimvria point, volumes were also unchanged at 30.35 million kWh.

At Italy’s Melendugno exit point, nominations for 1 December amounted to 313.6 million kWh, unchanged from earlier levels. Nominations for 2–8 December decreased to 287.0 million kWh — an 8.49% drop from 24–29 November and 9.5% down compared with the end of November.

TAP, completed in October 2020, delivers Azerbaijani natural gas to consumers in Italy, Greece and Bulgaria.
