Azerbaijan takes part in Turkey’s ‘Eastern Mediterranean-2025’ exercises

The “Eastern Mediterranean-2025” (DA-25) drills in Turkey held a “Distinguished Observer Day,” Turkey’s Ministry of National Defense said on social platform X.

The exercises involved an Azerbaijani naval landing unit, a U.S. counter-terrorism team, and a Pakistani maritime patrol aircraft. Representatives from 19 countries observed the drills.

Organised by the Turkish Naval Forces Command, the exercises began on 22 November and will run until 3 December, aiming to enhance interoperability and assess unit readiness.
