FlyDubai aircraft makes emergency landing in Baku after passenger falls ill

A FlyDubai Boeing 737 operating the Moscow–Dubai route requested an emergency landing at Heydar Aliyev International Airport on December 5 after a passenger’s condition suddenly deteriorated, the airport said.

The aircraft landed safely at 05:30 local time. The passenger received immediate medical assistance, and necessary procedures are ongoing.

The airport said it continues to ensure rapid coordination in line with international standards, maintaining high levels of flight safety and passenger welfare.
