Al Arabiya airs footage allegedly showing Assad discussing Putin’s appearance

Al Arabiya has released what it says are exclusive video clips showing ousted Syrian President Bashar al-Assad discussing Russian President Vladimir Putin’s appearance with his adviser Luna al-Shibil.

According to the transcript published by the channel, al-Shibil remarks that Putin looks “puffy.” Assad, the channel claims, responds that such changes are due to plastic surgery.
