Azerbaijan’s central bank holds manat steady against dollar, euro edges up

 Azerbaijan’s central bank maintained the manat's exchange rate at 1.7000 per U.S. dollar on Monday, official data showed.

While the dollar peg remained firm, the euro rose 0.02% to 1.9924 manats. Meanwhile, the Russian ruble weakened against the Azerbaijani currency, with 100 rubles falling 0.8% to trade at 2.1118 manats.
