Putin to deliver foreign policy address — Kremlin

 Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver an address on foreign policy later on Thursday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Putin will speak to foreign ambassadors accredited in Moscow, Peskov said.

“In his speech, the president will touch upon key foreign policy issues and outline his vision of relations with the countries whose ambassadors are attending the ceremony,” he added.
