Azerbaijan proposes visa-free travel for Bosnia and Herzegovina citizens
Azerbaijan has moved to initiate a visa-free regime for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina to boost bilateral tourism and economic ties, Ambassador Vilayat Guliyev told Sarajevo Times.
The proposal is part of a broader strategy to facilitate social exchange and business activity between the two nations, which Baku views as a key partner in the region.
Ambassador Guliyev highlighted that the removal of visa requirements would significantly simplify travel and strengthen the "friendly partnership" between Baku and Sarajevo.
Both countries are also planning to establish a joint economic commission and increase the frequency of high-level diplomatic visits to deepen their cooperation.
