Azerbaijan marks Youth Day

Azerbaijan is marking Youth Day on February 2.

The day was established in 1997 by a decree of national leader Heydar Aliyev, designating February 2 as Youth Day in the country.

Azerbaijan was the first country among CIS and Eastern European states to officially introduce and celebrate Youth Day.
