Azerbaijan and Serbia hold political consultations in Baku
Multilateral political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Serbia took place in Baku on February 4. The delegations were led by Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiyev and Serbia's State Secretary Nevena Jovanovic.
The discussions focused on the foreign policy priorities of both nations, international and regional developments, and key challenges within the context of evolving geopolitical realities. The parties reviewed cooperation in political, economic, energy security, and transport sectors, as well as joint efforts in combating climate change. Emphasis was placed on strengthening bilateral and multilateral ties within global platforms and maintaining mutual support for initiatives and candidacies in international organizations.
