Azerbaijan Finance Ministry to pay 1.073 million AZN for 30-month office lease

Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Finance will pay 1,073,010 AZN for office rental over a 30-month period, according to the official public procurement website.

The winner of the tender is Esref Sexavet oğlu Seferov

Tender requirements stipulate that the office space, including main and auxiliary areas, must be at least 1,500 m², renovated, located in a ZONE-8 building, and have an ownership document or extract issued by the State Service for Property Issues.

Offices must be equipped with constant hot and cold water, electricity, heating and cooling systems, generator, ventilation, fire extinguishing systems, and interiors must have installed doors, painted or wallpapered walls. The building must contain at least 85 rooms (including executive offices, meeting halls, archives, kitchens, etc.), bathrooms, at least 6 kitchens, and at least one passenger elevator.

The lease covers consumption of gas, water, electricity, and removal of household waste. Other expenses are to be covered by the lessee, and the building must be insured.
