Emin Agalarov, pop singer and son of Moscow-based ethnic Azeri billionaire Aras Agalarov, congratulated his grandmother, who has turned 99.  

“Happy 99th birthday, grandma,” he wrote on Facebook.Emin is also the husband of Leyla Aliyeva, elder daughter of Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev.
