83-year-old Azeri man commits suicide after killing wife

An 83-year-old residentof the southern Azeri district of Astara shot and killed his 72-year-old wifefollowing a family dispute.

The man, IsmayilQulamov, also shot himself dead, APA reported, citing the district Prosecutor’sOffice.

Police areinvestigating the incident, which happened in the village of Sigaloni.

Astara, 300 kmsouth of the capital, Baku, borders Iran. ANN.Az
