Unstable weather is expected in Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, on December 13, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. 

Temperatures will range between 5 C and 7 C at night and 9 C and 14 C in the daytime.

North winds will blow.
