Dry weather is expected in Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, on December 16, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. 

Temperatures will range between 3 C and 5 C at night and 7 C and 10 C in the daytime.

North winds will blow.
