Azerbaijan to host continental table tennis event in 2015

The 2015 ITTF-Europe TOP-16 will be held in Baku from Feb. 6 to Feb. 8, 2015, Azerbaijan's official sports website said on Friday.

The tournament, a rehearsal and testing event prior to the 2015 European Games, will feature 16 men's and 16 women players.

Players invited to the tournament are the best ranked in Europe.

The 2015 European Games will be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, from June 12 to June 28, which features over 6,000 athletes from 50 NOCs competing in 20 sports.
