British company to use Azerspace-1

British IBC will be the major broadcaster of the inaugural European Games.
APA reports that the statement came from Minister of Communication and High Technologies Ali Abbasov at the meeting with the envoy for commercial issues of the British Premier Charles Hendry.
"The decision regarding IBC was adopted long ago but the main thing is that while broadcasting the first European Games IBC will use four artificial satellites including Azerspace-1”, Abbasov said.
The minister added that the British company will use the Azerbaijani satellite for the first time.
